Hi! My name is Alaina Ortiz. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I come from a big a Italian family that loves to cook, bake and eat.! I have a lot of fun memories as a child. One being spending a lot of time in the kitchen with my Mom cooking and baking throughout the Holidays.  There are many times I remember my grandmother being there too and if we weren't canning tomatoes in the basement she would be showing us how to make fresh homemade Gnocchi and Pitzelles in the kitchen.

This is where my passion to bake started.  

                Over the years I have taught myself with the guidance and by the Grace of GOD. I've loved baking for family and friends over the years.                 Though I can not sell or ship my baked goods over the internet I wanted a place for all my friends and all the locals that live here in Ocala Florida to be able to come to one a place to see what I can offer them. I run my business out of my home and I am able to do this  because of the Florida Cottage food law. What a blessing this journey has been so far. I know God has so much more in store for my business its all in HIS perfect timing. 

I strive to get and use the freshest ingredients that are available to me to ensure I can offer the best and freshest baked Delights to everyone I meet. Of course my main and most important ingredient is LOVE.
